Haida Ihor

Doctor of ultrasound diagnostics of the highest category with over 35 years of experience. Candidate of Medical Sciences and Associate Professor at the Department of Radiology, Faculty of Postgraduate Education, Danylo Halytsky Lviv Medical University. Member of prestigious international organizations such as ARDMS, Sonography Canada, AIUM, and FMF. Received fundamental training at the Military Medical Academy (1991), completed residency in surgery and postgraduate studies in Kyiv.

In 2004, completed a specialization in ultrasound diagnostics within the Diagnostic Ultrasound Program at the University of Manitoba (Winnipeg, Canada). Further training included an MSK course at the Burwin Institute (Canada, 2006), interventional musculoskeletal ultrasound at the Mayo Clinic (Rochester, USA, 2007), a diagnostic ultrasound course at Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University (2008), vascular ultrasound at the Burwin Institute (Canada, 2010), and a breast ultrasound diagnostics course at the Burwin Institute (Canada, 2015).

Interned, studied, and worked at leading clinics in the United Kingdom, Canada, and the USA, including clinics in London, Ottawa, and Winnipeg. The doctor is proficient in the full range of ultrasound examinations, including obstetric ones. Performs biopsies of the thyroid gland, prostate, abdominal organs, and soft tissues.
